Ryzen 7 7700 bottleneck ?
Hey, I am using a Ryzen 7 7700 paired with Rx 7900xt and 32gb DDR5 6000Mhz.

After playing for around 2 hours in Warzone with this setup i am pretty sure that i get Cpu bottleneck with 3ms on GPU and 7ms on Cpu. Even if this card draws around 300W in all other games, in Warzone it stays around 200W. Is this game really that bad optimized or is my CPU not good enough for the card ? I am playing with a friend that has the same card but with Ryzen 7 5800x3d and he has no such problems.
Would like to know your opinions.

Try to reduce the Vram speed (not the base clock) and your Ram speed from 6000 to 5000Mhz

You will need to play around with settings, ensure you are using fsr 2.1 test each mode, they're all visually great. Ultra performance can look great but still be problematic for some do quality is great in contrast. You should see cpu bottleneck play to 50% on balanced

There is no change in performance between low and ultra that I can detect. It runs around 110-130 fps.

do you ever dip in FPS but not regain it?

if your reflex boost setting just on ; or on + boost? try just on if vice versa; etc
ensure its on for threaded optimization in game's 3d profile settings too

CPU bottleneck at what % ?
Can you run the benchmark?

My fps increases sometimes to around 200 when CPU goes to 4-5 ms, but it only does this for very short moments, usually it has around 7-8 ms with 110-130 fps. GPU stays at 3-4ms, and i can't understand how this new CPU can bottleneck my video card.

Maybe this can help

Its a reddit thread about changing how many cores the game uses.

That is not a cpu bottleneck. Your gpu is just naturally running twice as fast as the cpu in most cases, I've had the exact same from 7ms on gpu and 15ms on cpu
It's normal. It's this game's method and engine of doing things.

If the performance is not matching there are multiple steps to take both in game and out,
There is a file in players folder, to modify renderer count which should be 7, 8 or 9 even if you have 16 core cpus. Tested thanks to a YouTuber,
and async compute true or false, this is a night and day difference
Lastly is just ensuring windows is not controlling your paging file as it can go ultra low by default 16mb, whereas this game needs minimum 8gb. If your paging file is setup right, your cpu load is reduced, and you get to enjoy the dx12 technology

Thank you for the feedback, but still all of this seems to not do much. I would really like to know how to game runs for someone with the same cpu.

lastly check windows programs and features from the start menu ,ensure hyper-V etc. is all off,
core isolation will no longer matter security wise, as it's not possible

I have bought and tested both the Rzyen 7 7700 and Rzyen 7 7700X, and after some testing I decided to keep the non X version because of the much lower power consumption with almost no performance loss. In Warzone I can't say there was any difference at all.

I solved my problem. By reinstalling windows 11.
