FREEZING MY PC COMPLETELY

this game is freezing my pc every game. the only way to get out is to hard reset my pc.

pc specs.
amd ryzen 5 5500
amd radeon rx 580 8gb.
32gb ram
m.2 nvme 500gb drive.
windows 11

no other game does this.
tried resting shaders in the game.
updating graphics card drivers. rolled back to older drivers.still the same
windows is up to date.
firewall has been disabled
ran game in administrator

Does anyone get this error and have you had a solution to it.

Morning. Same problem here, I play this game from begin they join on steam and I had 0 problems with crash or pc freez, in last 1 month I have same problem like you, random after 4-5 match my game freez, sound buzzing and afther 2-3 sec blue screen or remain stuck. I had R7 2700X with RX580, I upgrade the CPU to 3700X few days ago and keep same videocard and now the problem is more bad at 1-2 match. I seen that the game set as default at Recomanded settings is at hight - ultra setings in FULL HD, I change that from there to Balanced and now I have back the old crash at 4-5 match. I seen on a website that I may have Bottleneck over 35% GPU vs CPU and maibe this game dont like that. In other games I dont have this problem, just in this cod. I belive I will try to upgrade my gpu to a 6600XT or 6650XT cuz the price are good cuz RX580 is an old veteran. If you found a fix let us know ! P.S. I reinstall the original windows from 0 the last version and driver to and same problem instant ! Thx and have a great day !

Answer: I bought a new gaming PC, an MSI Aegis with a 3060 ti for $1700. I get 100+ fps and Warzone runs as smooth as glass with no issues.

If I were you I would sell that PC and get a new one, if you can afford a new rig.

MSI has an Aegis with the new 4070 for $2000 but there are cheaper gaming desktops on Amazon. I would stick with a 3060 ti or better for the video card.

You never ever buy a Desktop "Gaming Pc" on Amazon. You get ripped off 100% those PCs are totally overpriced with trash Hardware like no Name psu really Bad Motherboards and prob 1 Stick of RAM.

all community is affected by the way coders of the program keep making mistakes every 3-4 weeks that makes a lot of computers crash. so you are not alone. i snipe a bot and he drops 1 sec later. lag is like I play on a 2010 computer

UPDATE.

I UNPLUGGED MY PC FOR A WHOLE DAY ON THE 17TH AND HAS NOT YET HAD THIS ISSUE.
DOES THIS MEAN THAT THE CMOS BATERY OR SOMETHING HAS BEEN RESET.
NO CRASHING ANYMORE. AND IM NOT SURE WHY THO.

MAYBE SOMEONE CAN EXPLAIN,BUT ITS WORKING GREAT.
