This is a game issue and not cpu/gpu/temp issues.

deskop user, i5 12600kf 3070ti.

It's just this game, it runned smoothly before warzone/dmz, i'm suprised this wasn't fixed as of yet

I checked the comments and i'm kinda worried. And i don't play warzone
Read my comment there. You dont have to do all of them, but the last 3 is harmless, and fix the game for many players. Also do what I wrote in my last comment

My game runs smoothly as well. I have a 3070ti and a AMD 6800H. But i'm just not surprised they add ♥♥♥♥♥♥ 20 dollar bundles and not fixes for issues harboring the game FOR X AMOUNT OF MONTHS.

Try to open Nvidia control panel >> select Manage 3d settings >> then scroll down and choice "Shader cache size" and set it to 5 GB or unlimited ...Good luck

Edit: In global settings BTW

Try running steam in administrator mode. I haven't crashed since.

Avoid unlimited... use "driverstandard" instead.
@Hashley

Its normal that the game crashes from time to time. (Can crash in DMZ every 4 hours, usually never crashes in 6v6).
If it crashes more than that its either a problem on your ingame settings settings or a software issue.

What I gathered so far by tests of myself and my friends that had the same crashes which are completely gone now:
Do not run FSR 2.1, it crashes the game. You can use DLSS with Nvidia anyways (but keep in mind DLSS causes ghosting since CoD is using an outdated version of DLSS). Do not run the game in Fullscreen Mode (Borderless window runs more stable) it will crash the game.

You could also give your system integrity a repair service by using sfc /scannow in administrator mode in the command prompt. This will fix all integrity issues that can occur over time on windows and that fixes things for most people.
