Shadow ban and Activision support

I am a PC Player and was shadow banned without any warning or reason. I dont cheat and am not offensive. The ban was released about a week and a half later. 2 days after I was shadow banned again. Also with no warning or reasoning. I tried to call activision but it's nearly impossible to contact a person. I put in a support ticket with player support and they said security is looking at it. When I asked how to contact security, they said security is looking at it and it's not a player support problem.

I am really angry and disappointed that a game I paid for and pay for some of the store content is now nearly un-playable because of high latency, foreign servers that don't speak my language making it hard to communicate with other players, and most the people on my friends list dont want to squad up because of this. At least TELL ME WHY my account keeps getting put under review so I can fix it. I disabled as much software as I can that was running in the background.

Any thoughts on this and how I can stop getting shadow banned?

You can't.
Activision doesn't give a ♥♥♥♥ and the report system is basically ran by its own community; trolls.
Until they fix the system which I doubt they'll do because they haven't touched up on it, you will continuously be in a shadowban loop.
Me personally, once I'm done with rank 50 I'm not playing this game nearly as much or buying another cod or recommending it to friends.

Sorry, there is nothing you can do. i have similar problem. i don't even use my mic. but i have recieved 14 days voice chat penalty. and i dont know what happens next step, if i keep getting report.
i hope they will fix tihs issue in season 3 update

They said cheaters would start being banned, strange how the banned posts now appear in the forums around the same time :)

They just make alt accounts and cheat some more. This game still needs better anticheat. And sure TeamRicochet is taking their time and "making it better" but their report system needs an extreme overhaul. OP is talking about being shadowbanned. It's being talked about in the forums a lot because starting from last month it's been being abused and spread around like wildfire. Putting innocent people in shadowban lobbies.

They were going to make you link a phone no. to it with a prepaid contract but scrapped it because people cried.
That would be a good anti-cheat, each time a cheater gets banned - they'd have to buy a new phone contract and a copy of the game, gets expensive quickly when you've got 1-3 phone contracts to cheat at call of duty lol

God I'd love it if they did that, I forgot about that with Overwatch 2
Who cares if people cry honestly, if they can't afford afford a phone plan they shouldn't be able to afford COD the way I see it
Like at least force it so people in Ranked have to do that or something idk that'd be 10/10 from me
