Offnsive Voice Chat !?

I've been banned 14 days from voice chat even though I've used voice chat once or twice since the game was released. Interestingly, despite this ban message, I tried I can talk in -game. What should i do ?

you've probably been falsely spam reported by people, this happens a lot

you can talk to your team but not the opposite teamand you cant hear them talking ....i got that ban too.... my team insulted me for not being in the capture point while i was killing outside so that they have it easier and then i sad ok i will not be playing with you so they all reported me as offensive...this cod is a joke

yeah and this system is probably almost entirely automated and in the event you do get banned, activision probably wont listen if you try to appeal it

No you wont be banned from the game. But your voice chat could be locked, for a longer period, if it happen again.

I'M very sure. The EULA about and warning for offensive chat says nothing about perma ban, but only of chat ban. They could have ban you from game, but why should they do that when you dont cheat??? They just block your voice chat... period... EOD

Offensive Behavior
Any user who is found to use aggressive, offensive, derogatory, or culturally charged language is subject to penalty. Cyber-bullying and other forms of harassment are considered extreme offenses and will result in the harshest penalty.

First offense: User may be temporarily suspended from playing the game online and/or have their Activision account renamed and rename tokens removed.

Second offense: User may be temporarily suspended from playing the game online, have party privileges in the game revoked, and/or be muted in public in-game communications.

Extreme or repeat offenses: User may be permanently suspended from playing the game online, have their stats, emblems, and weapon customizations reset, and be blocked permanently from appearing in leaderboards.

NOTE when other players report you they wont be always choosing Offensive chat... so yeah you can be banned from playing it online byfalse accusations

For sure I read it. To get to second offense, you dont get there.....Neither do he.
As I wrote he could be suspended in chat, if it happens again...

And to get to Extreme, is way beyond reason... That is why I wrote that.

He will NOT get banned from the game.
He have learned to behave himslef and dont do like me; tell the team to get on their feets an start spraying, "you lazy ah"... and more offensive words than he used...

I have never got a ban, but i have got warnings for name and chat....several times and nothing happens. Not even a chat ban...

I have had the same name in cod since cod2 and in steam since 2010....
So, there is a lot of butthurt noobs out there, spam reporting when you tell them what they dont want to hear. You cant avoid reports, but you can stop talking to them...
