Paypal stuck on loading screen

I'm trying to buy the S3 battlepass but everytime I try to pay with Paypal, the transaction just gets stuck while Paypal keeps trying to load. I've had this problem before with only this game, it eventually fixed itself but it's almost like just this game has a problem with people spending money on it. I've tried to clear my steam browser cache, and steam doesn't offer support and just directs you to Activision's support website which is essentially a bunch of articles that have nothing to do with my problem
