its been 5 days with this problem... and i have tried all tips an but no luck... restart modem, vaildate files,, unistall the game but no luck... is there anything else i can do ?..

You got shadowban.
I have the same problem, go on the activision website in the support category you can appeal to a ban, then you will see if the account is in waiting for review.

You can check the artwork on my profile account if you have the same thing it's a shadowban.
There is 1000 players getting shadowban on this game.
If you have very long matchmaking, getting in lobby with only cheaters or can't connect to any game, that's a shadowban.

Reddit mod remov any topic speaking about it. Activision support refuse to respond.
