When I look at this it not bad but when I look at the stuff in MGS 5 PVP FOB completely unfairness

pay 2 win would mean it gives you a significant advantage. A 2 plate is barely any advantage considering a 3 plate medic vest costs a few bandages and some liquor

well it wouldnt even be an advantage, since operator slots now allow you to go in with a 3 plate without paying for anything
