COD POINTS MISSING? BATTLEPASS BUG?

I've just gone ahead and completed the battle pass not too long ago and had noticed that my COD Point balance was at 1000, I looked through all the rewards and double counted and I should have atleast 1400 available... 400 points are missing? Also, sometimes when booting up the game, my points will randomly disappear for absolutely no reason and re-appear.

I've checked the pinned "tRaCkInG kNowN iSsUeS" topic and nothing like this is mentioned.
I heavily suspect it has something to do with the auto-renewal feature dumping the points to the Battle net version of the game INSTEAD of Steam ( which is the version I'm having issues with )

Anybody else having the same or similar issues? I've deleted the game, re-installed, verified files, reset the broadband, everything you can think of and the issue's still not resolved ( Not wasting my time faffing with Activision support, it doesn't exist )

Same here, completed Battlepass and only have a 1000 COD Points as well, missing roughly about the same as you. Not sure how it's happened.

i had similar in 2019, had 2000 points and then 0, ofcourse noone ever answered me

i went through Activision support in circles, eventually they said they were aware of the issue and to wait for it to be patched. So much for the battlepass i paid for.

You for sure aren't the only person having this issue. They better fix this. There are so many bugs in season 3 ruining peoples games...

Same, had more points now its less when it should be more. Btw maybe I can't count but I can't count 1400 CP in the battlepass Season 4 which they say it should have. I count 1000 CP

I bought Battlepass ($10, you buy the "COD POINTS" through steam and then spend in game). I bought the Battlepass and when I logged in the next time it was gone. I have been back and forth with customer support to Activision for 4 weeks, showing the receipts of purchase, a video of my game showing I did not have it, etc. Their answer was "in game purchases are nonrefundable". How is this ok?
