They don't allow appeal for non-permanent bans.
And generally what they deem is bannable is super wide.
unfortunately they are trying to moderate things I know they don't have the tools to moderate, Simply is just based on reports.
Take it from the guy who's been temporary banned without being told why and who is currently shadow banned for being mass reported, Your mistake you made was buying/playing the game and the moderation team will make sure you get punished for that.
Cool!
I even got a warning to change my username! And it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ "chenhonkster"! How is that an offensive username???
Better to just turn off those comms.
I dont think they can moderate voice comms because I know they dont have the techology for that,Its easy to log text chat but voice chat is a completely different story.
2) The way games are nowadays (yes I'm aware of stuff like CS:GO and the like), they either demand fake politeness or you not speak at all. I just have all comms turned off anymore because it's basically a waste (since I mainly play 6vs6 type stuff) and I STILL get notifications for offensive chat, lol. I've also gotten an offensive name notification.
