The fastest human alive cannot compete with that to start with. The aim adjustment applied to an enemy as it changes direction and tries to evade fire is also instantaneous.
No human can compete with this.
The aim literally follows player movement as soon as it happens. This gives the controller user a disgusting cheater like response that is akin to aimbot "hacks" on PC. Nobody should have the ability to instantly track player movements as it happens. This makes the actual skill of predicting player movement redundant.
Controller aim assist is a full on cheat.
Controller aim "assist" should only ever aid aiming through slowing down. It should never have had the ability to move the aim for them. It should never automatically track or readjust their aim to follow a target.
It's complete ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and the industry is suffering because of it.
Whoever designed it and implemented it is not a gamer and doesn't care about gamers and has absolutely no respect for people who enjoy games and want to get better at them.
I'm very curious who are these people. Maybe they secretly work with one of the "pro" console players and took their "child dumb advice"?
It felt fair
It’s unfair. I have to try harder to beat a machine assisted aim bot. It’s an unfair advantage. Separate lobbies is a must for ranked.
Aimbot beats skill troll.
The amount of crying over this is ridiculous. Ya’ll make it sound like all a controller user needs to do is pull the ADS trigger and their crosshair zips to, locks onto, and follows the target.
That’s not how it is at all.
I think many of you complaining just aren’t that good at the game and you’re rallying on this to cope with that fact and make excuses for your average skill level.
