Wrongfully banned in Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2, ban appeal denied.

Since the update (Season 5 Reloaded), there has been an in-game glitch that caused the "Fetching online profile" loop. So, I thought Verifying the game files would fix the problem. Right after verifying the game, I got permanently banned from Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 for no reason.

I never used any cheats or other stuff. So, I appealed to remove the ban, and they replied that Your account was permanently banned for using "Unauthorized Software and Manipulation of Game Data."

They should actually stop banning Innocent players and get a better anti-cheat system that works properly.

I spent around 110 dollars and played for 530+ hours. This is so Ridiculous that I got banned for just verifying the game file.

Is there anything that can be done to get it unbanned?
If I buy MW III on same account will I get banned on MW III also?

Man i love reading threads about shadow banning. people just call you a cheater right away even tho its been confirmed by big content creator for call of duty. ''NEWS FLASH IDIOTS'' Mw2 does shadow ban innocent players! ive played on the same cod account forever. got a pc and now im in a shadow ban loop. funny thing is, right after they realize im not cheating, and allow me to queue back in normal lobbies i go back to ps5 and i dont get shadow banned. then as soon as i come back to pc i get shadow banned again after i have a good game. games garbage, activison is mentally special.

And btw why are the guys that are shadowbanned in 99% of the cases completly new accounts and/or have already bans from other games on it?

Cant help feeling those that immediately call cheaters without having a clue about circumstances Or how crap ricochet is are just as bad tbh.

Riiiight, just as delusional imo.

Even Activision were forced to acknowledge false bans in season 1 before ricochet was released in full and apologised for it on twitter. Is it beyond the realm of logical thought that they may not have actually fully fixed that bug?

Bans issued by game developers need to be appealed via that developer's support team.
