Every season. It's still the battlepass, just a premium version of it. Would be kind of strange if the premium version gave a whole year of battlepass at a significantly discounted price.

the normal BP you can buy once because you get enough free CODpoints to buy the next normal BP. and this isn't the case for the BlackCell version because you can only buy it with money

You have to buy it again, since there is a new Version each Season. Black Cell is the Premium Version. But you can buy the basic battlepass an earn the CoD Points back to buy the next seasonal one.
5 to 6 Seaons means 150-180 Bucks total... Thats worth of 2 Full Games... Ouf...

To be honest, you have to buy it each season like Battle Pass... It just contains battle pass with exclusive sector which unlocks instantly also with alternate blueprints for weapons and skins (it is also featured in Vault Edition with more skips) and it normally has 20 skips
