I think your COD points might be platform specific, but everything else will transfer (weapon progress, blueprints, operators, bundles).

should be tied to your activision account so you should be good

I'm not 100% sure but they probably will. However, if you purchased any COD Points they will not be available on the Steam version. They're tied to to the store they're bought from.

Everything will transfer except COD points, those are platform specific.

Anything purchased with COD points will be shared with all linked accounts. Pro pack bundles are only available on platform you purchased on.
