Do humans work for Activision support?
Iv tried to contact them multiple times about an issue and even ask them question so they can answer them and its the same response every time about keeping an eye on there social media lmfao, there pushing hard on that for some reason 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

its bot they say same thing with different words and never answer directly to my question.about camo they removed the issue from known issues page

Their support is outsourced to India. I went through support hell back before release to get my Vault bundles added to MW19. Just a huge circle jerk of, "it is not available on Steam" over and over again. It took over 20 messages to finally get a dev to respond and personally add the bundle to my account.

Bots? No.

People that don't speak English well and have no clue what they are doing? Yes.

It wasn't just the grammar that was bad. I repeatedly showed them the official CoD website, images highlighting the specific text and linking them to the pages themselves. They still were adamant that the Vault skins weren't available if you purchased the Vault Edition version of the game on Steam.

They're incompetent.
