I've had enough of the creators of this game. About one week ago, I received a permanent ban, even though I wasn't even playing the game at that time. I read an article on Twitter stating that they permanently banned 14,000 accounts. I never cheated in this game, and I got caught in the crossfire? I tried to appeal this ban, but it seems like the game creators couldn't care less about the process, and an automated system handles everything. I read that background programs like Razer Synapse or others are detected as cheats. Please, Steam, take action against them. They disregard their players who have invested a lot of heart into this game.

You were banned because you were doing something you shouldn't have been doing regardless how much you pretend you weren't. You got caught and you are done.

I received a ban when I wasn't even playing the game, so how could I have been caught cheating? Think about what you're doing, Activision often makes mistakes, and this is another one of them. With every update, they always mess something up in the game, it doesn't work correctly, etc. So, this is just another blunder on their part. They might have banned half of the cheaters, but some players were innocent. I recommend you read Tom Henderson's post about their banning system, stating that programs like Razer Synapse and others are mistakenly identified as cheats.

U might have gotten your account hacked and someone cheated on it. I've had my activision account hacked during MW 2019 before TFA and got my account back before someone cheated on it.

Yes, I had a situation where all my accounts were hacked some time ago. I had a virus on my computer, but I changed all the passwords and managed to recover my accounts. Maybe this could be related to the ban. However, in my ban appeal, I mentioned this, and the automated response stated that it doesn't qualify for an appeal. It seems like Activision probably doesn't read any of the appeals.

This is misinformation. Razer Synapse is necessary if you have Razer peripherals -- which I do. I've been using Razer keyboards, mice, and headsets while playing several Call of Duty titles over the years and I've never felt at risk of being banned.

Ive been using razer synapse since day 1 it doesnt get you banned. I literally even made a macro for the mouse button to left and right click at the same time for dual pistols and still doesnt get you banned. This is a fabricated story.

You are really funny :D There are indeed people who lack skills in games, and they often label others as cheaters, and you might be one of them. As for me, I don't delete comments from my profile because, to me, such comments are like compliments that I play well.

Tom tried posting about issues of people being falsely banned in BF2042 but nobody listened. I got a perm ban on there for also doing nothing. Sent so many messages to support they blocked me. Thankfully I got my money back by doing a Charge-Back.

I of course don't know if you were cheating or not... but I know people get banned for no reason all the time. No such thing as an infallible system and never will be.

he wasnt shadow banned he was fully banned. shadow bans happen all the time but full bans dont just happen to random people
