Activision Refuses to Refund CoD Points
At the end of season 3 I had 1,400 CoD points. When I played for the first time after the season 4 update I had 0 CoD points. I created a ticket on June 20th and have still not been refunded. Every time I email support for an update I get the same copy paste response that they have sent it to a "higher" or "specialized" team. I haven't done anything to warrant my points be removed. I haven't done anything against the ToS at all.

After 36 days they finally refunded me. It's disgusting that it took over a month to resolve something so simple.

they'll come back eventually; mine disappeared for a few weeks at a time, 3 different times, but they always came back
