High CPU Usage And Temp
Hi Guys Please Help me my CPU and GPU temp is increasing to 60-65 c even in main menu maybe (this is because Shader optimization )
i know you may think this temp is not dangerous to damage CPU . but fan noise is too much and annoying also i never seen more then 55 c in any other game
and bad news is this temp is in update page & Shader optimization for 10-15 min
DO You Know any way to reduce CPU temp from settings ?

Are you on Windows 11? There was an issue with that which was fixed in the latest update.

Same Question here... In the Lobby the GPU temperature is about 4-5 degrees higher with Frame limit on 60 FPS. Ingame it is cooler with 165 FPS. XD Thats a joke, a really big one. Cause in Season 3 there was no problem like this. Seems like unclean coding or something like that @Activision

Something I noticed when doing the in game benchmark is that when I ran it at recommended setting the gpu ran 65C but when I switched to DLSS it ran around 50C.
If you have a Nvidia card, try that it may work.

but fans are really noisy and annoying i know even 80° is normal but if you are from Europe and USA people in this countries changing GPU every 2-3 Year atleast there is people some countries that cant buy new GPU or CPU that easy :) really cant risk

And btw there is no all in one fix since every game needs different ressources. Sure cod can let your GPU run hotter in comparison to other games that are not demanding but like i said you dont need to worry about 65°

Thanks for all reply Guys for people that may see this post and want reduce Temp if you don't know you can limit GPU With MSI Afterburn to 60° c

But For CPU i Found this Power option in Windows (Edit Power Plan) then processor power management set maximum processor state to 90
this is just for those who cant risk and want increase CPU Life Span
