CONSTANT packet burst and lagging

i can play every other game i own perfectly fine online but as SOON as i get on mw2 i get constant packet bursts and the game is unplayable, ive followed so many troubleshooting articles and nothing works, and it plays just fine on my series x does anyone have any solid suggestions??

dawg i reinstalled the game on totally different ssd and it keeps ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up. even plugged in ethernet. ♥♥♥♥♥ broken my man

i just got into a raid on ashika, just to be walled blatantly through the entire castle wall system by a hacker.

only place i could take cover was in the top floor and im just being walled through multiple walls anytime i go downstairs.

real nice, especially when the kill cam shows the guy shooting my teammates then insta snapping randomly at the walls.

and he says in chat: "im not cheating, you're just dumb"

nah, that was blatant and i hope their entire squad gets banned permanently.

so i would say stay away from this game for now.

I just got a new pc with a i93700k 32 GB ram and a 4090 and I am getting it too. For me though It does not seem to bother me to much when on foot allthough I see the packet loss thing popping up regularly but it really hits me if I get into a vehicle. I can't drive a tank there is just no way because I move a foot and just keep rubberbanding back. Its like stop motion

I only have problem with some player they keep teleporting and bullet are not registering causing many lost fight.

when cod came out there where 500k peoples alone on steam so no it cant be because of the double xp and free weekend

Do you think it could be COD server problems? I think it could be! Definitely not my internet connection despite it not being the greatest (T-Mobile Home Internet).

they emailed me back today and said that its us the players problem because they have no proof of any steam players having these issues
