Shadowbanned for Snapshot Grenade

I just got shadowbanned for using a snapshot grenade.
I haven't played the game at all in recent months and only came to play 1 game. I heard footsteps in the house, used a snapshot and killed the player by firing the clip through the door aiming at his silhouette. After 5 seconds, I received a message that I was disconnected from the server and I can no longer search for games.
I don't use ANY third-party software except ExitLag and I've never experienced such problems in other games.
Has anyone ever had something like this and does this happen often lately? What do I do in this case? Activision Ban Appeal shows nothing but infinite loading (I'm from Ru)

Yeah the game is horrible! I've been shadow banned 7 time in the past 3 months just from getting kill within the game. I don't use whatever your exitlag is idk but yeah if the other team reports you enough you'll just get banned and there is nothing Activision cares about. Just stop playing. File a dispute with the Better Business Bureau because it is completely disorderly conduct what they are doing and should be fined for doing this. Hope this helps and get a refund!!!!!

For those who think that I was cheating - I have 213 hours in Warzone 2.
I already had 1 shadowban a couple seasons ago, and it was lifted after ~2 weeks. This means they've reviewed my case and decided that I wasn't cheating, so they unbanned me. I'm 99% sure that shadowbans have something to do with reports from other players. But this is totally wrong to give shadowban even for 2 weeks to anyone who makes a single somewhat suspicious kill. Shadowban system is absolutely broken in this game.

Well if u really didnt hack you just have to suffer by the poor system. Its not based on what you done its the threshold on how many reports you got like say in few days.

you my friend are more active then half of all cod players. but also some achievements you are basically forced to get.
