Matchmaking/Warzone match searching time takes forever

It is taking forever to join a match, it sits searching for 5+ minutes. The Ping search shoots up to <200 then finds a game, eventually.

It was fine last week and i recently got a new PC this week which is when the problems started.
NAT type, router settings and what not are all the same. The drivers are up to date. Firewall is the same. Everything is the same as my previous PC. Does anyone know or think what the reason could be?

Is there anything people think it could be?

Shadow ban did cross my mind and i heard lots of people were getting shadow banned for large kill games but i average about 4-5 kills a game and i would say winning a game every 10-15 matches is generous for me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is it a known bug, I have a vast amount of different squads i play with and non of them have had this/heard of it?

Did you buy your 'new PC' second hand, by any chance??? Because if it or perhaps even just the motherboard is second hand, then it may already have a ban against it and you are now having to deal with it.

Nope, completely brand new.

That wouldn't have even crossed my mind if I was buying a second hand one. Very good point for others buying to look out for.
