Stuck on the ricochet screen
When ever i start the game, it opens the ricochet anti cheat window, and nothing else happens, it doesn't close, and nothing else opens up, its just stuck on the ricochet window. anyone know how to fix this?

No fix currently and what's worse, you can't end task through task manager, requires a restart. This ♥♥♥♥'s ♥♥♥♥, idfk what's going on with it.
same here i have even reinstalled windows and everythng... no idea what to do worked fine before

Hey Team. I had this issue. I uninstalled. Deleted the Call of Duty folder in "My Documents" and reinstalled. Fixed it.

Dont need to unistall only to delete the folder is enough.

what if it not letting you delete the folder form "My Documents"

the error means your onedrive file syncing isn't on. Just open OneDrive and make sure you're signed in

I had Call of Duty installed on a separate drive from my system drive (secondary internal SSD that is mapped to a shortcut inside C drive) and it wouldn't get past the ricochet screen.

Tried rebooting and deleting players folder but still the same. Checked file integrity and it repaired 40 files but still got stuck at the same place when loading.

I went into game properties in Steam and moved the installed files to my main internal drive and it loaded ok.

thank you but it still dont work the folder is gone and i redownload and it still did the same ♥♥♥♥

Delete call of duty file from document and then Check file integrity in properties you won't need to reinstall it
