Fetching Online profile bug caused by Riot Shield loadout(FIXED/SOLUTION)
After the Season 2 patch everything went fine and I was able to play warzone/rebirth/dmz. Shortly after that I was looking through the Battlepass just to see the new gun screen thats available on the first battlepass octagon. I kinda brainlessly klicked on it what added it to my first custom class.

Unfortunatly this class got a riot shield in it so I guess the game bugs out trying to load that gun screen on the riot shield?

Comment below if you have the same problem or your getting the fetching spam bug in a different way.

Short info below:
-I can play DMZ
-The bug only occours in rebirth/warzone where the shield would load as a class
-If I try to select rebirth and then click on operator fast enough everything is fine unless I try to switch back to a window where the shield would load

You were right, it's the riot shield being equipped as default 100%

I exchanged emails with the support and lost 2 hours with the guy, annoyed, telling me I needed to check my connection.

I manged to solve the issue by removing the riot shield on the default loadout, you can do that in the Battle Pass tab, but I am afraid you can only do it if you bought the battle pass.

What I did was this:

Method 1 - You need an Xbox or PlayStation with two controllers or a friend that has one.
1) Create a new account and login warzone with the new account.
2) Add your bugged account on the second controller as the second player
3) Go in the warzone tab with the new account
4) With the first controller (new account) reach the "OPERATORS" tab by pressing RB
5) Take the second controller and press RB to go in the battle pass tab, you will see what you've unlocked on your main account
6) Select a field in which you have a weapon unlocked, if you bought the battle pass, you have 2 weapons from the field auto-unlocked with the operator.
7) Click on the weapon, and click "equip on default loadout"
8) Everything works now.

I've used this method as I play mainly on Xbox and it worked.

Method 2 - I'm not sure if this works, I didn't tried it before, but it could, and doesn't need the Xbox or Playstation:
1) Login warzone with your account
2) Don't press warzone tab, but press in the home "QUADS"
3) BE FAST and click on the "OPERATORS" tab before you go in the fetching loop.
4) While in the operators tab, you're safe, there shouldn't be any fetching so reach the battle pass tab.
5) Equip the weapon as said before.

I'm mad not at the bug itself (ok, I'm so mad) but I'm utterly disgusted by the support who arrogantly told me that the issue was my connection when I begged them to reset my loadouts.

dunno whats wrong with my account and i am getting the same bug whenever i try to click loadout on warzone or finding BR match.
but i can play mp without problem.

I have the exact same issue where I can only play DMZ.
My game crashes whenever I select the game mode error 0000005, related to graphics according to the internet, but everything is updated, no overclocking, all shaders related settings adjusted ...
My game was working perfectly fine 2 days ago...

But contrary to what you guys are saying, I have no Riot Shield or anything...

Yeah this is not about any crash with an error code. This bug is about trying to connect to warzone but being stuck in an endless chain of fetching online service

UPDATE:

I can now safely say that indeed the Riot Shield being equipped as the first loadout is causing this bug to appear. We have to wait till either the devs hotfix it so the weapon screen can be equipped on a Riot Shield or them sweeping our loadouts so we can readjust it

To everyone seeing this please comment or repost this so the devs notice there are players that rlly only can play if they change something and that there is no such thing as selfcare in this case.

My friend just equipped the shield to be shown in the menu and it works for him

im pretty sure there some connections between the shield and the battle pass weapon screen. As mentioned above it worked fine till i accessed the battle pass

I've sent a ticket and they replied like 20 mins ago, told them about the shield now waiting again
