Check your account status here, it might be "under review", some people call it "Shadowbanned" but it's just under review, probably because of some reports or somn

Do you use a VPN in general?

This happened to me once when I first started playing the game, I then decided to split my connection for MWII and put it on my network.

Mainly for 4 ping games however i have not had that problem since.
