Rainbow textures?
Why is every multi-player map becoming a rainbow reflection texture so it is unplayable? And is anyone else having this issue?

I've had that issue three different times in various games. Every time, it meant my GPU was dying/dead. Sucks, 1000s of dollars for crap hardware, when my current one dies, I'm switching to console.

I have a 3080 TI Gigabyte Aorus Master Xtreme? This issue just occured on my setup while playing today. There is nothing wrong with your card or any hardware (Hopefully), go under the files in the properties for the game and scan and repair. Restart your computer and maps shouldn't have rainbow textures.

Change cable or reduce oc via MSI Afterburner or similiar

I had the same issue once or twice, but went away once the match ended.

It's the cod data itself it's not my graphics card what so ever. I had to switch my dlaa to dlss and turn off on demand texture streaming for it to even become playable. My tuf gaming 3070 ti has no trouble on any other game their files are definitely corrupted

Rainbow colors appear randomly in game since there aren't enough rainbow pride flags. Just a guess.

My gpu files and troubleshooting both show nothing wrong with it and even going through these phases to check the gpu it even made it power on faster, like as soon as I press my power button fast, instead of waiting 30-45 seconds for it to kick graphics in. In my case it is 100% the most recent cod update which fixed the stuck mic comms on in game screen.

Also check to see if dlaa is on instead of dlss and swap it to dlss if it is not on it. And turn off on demand texture streaming, this doesn't fully fix it but it makes it more playable.

Could be lack of video memory, maybe try lowering texture quality. This game eat 80% of 4090's 24Gb.

Update: after the recent driver update for nvidia today including dlss 3 support for midnight sun's, etc. The issue seems to no longer be in play what so ever. And the game is back to its normality

No it isn't. It's this game in particular. It has been happening to me and all of my friends, and my GPU is only 2 years old.

And then the cod update had to go ruin it again almost like they want their game to be unplayable. What is this?

I haven't had it happen to me in this game on two different PCs. My first GPU lasted a week. Second one a few months. Third, almost a year. All 3rd party Nvidia different series, different 2 EVGA, 1 MSI. Most GPUs if defective will go bad sooner than later. If yours made it two years, you're probably good.

If you have afterburner, try underclocking your GPU RAM, or set to stock if you are already overclocking it.

It's not that. It's a very commonly reported issue, and it only happens in this game for me. Perhaps you just got lucky.

I have had this same glitch. Reboot the game or PC and it is fine for a while. Yesterday it happened five times and i stopped playing. Before last updates it only happened once or twice.
