How to check if you are Shadow Banned.

You probably witnessed it the last weeks, suddenly getting disconnected or cannot find any lobby.
This is most likely because you are shadowbanned. It happened to me for the second time in a week.
If you suspect being shadow banned

-go to: https://support.activision.com/ban-appeal
-Login with the platform you are playing from
-Continue
-*pop up* "Agree and continue"

There it would state if
- "No ban detected"
- "Under review"
- "Permanent banned"

When it says "Under review" you are shadowbanned and i guess you check it daily to see when you can play normal again.

Has the process changed at all or is the website just not properly loading? I play against the same people everyday and I suspect I'm shadowbanned but nothing happens after I complete the captcha

hey just helping its really unkown when your getting shadowbanned i've previously got shadowbanned for a good week that cost me to uninstalled the game, the only way of knowing that you are no longer shadowbanned is the website they provided

up to 2 week or more in my experience

7 days... they dont check nothing... its more like a cooling off period... takes the biscuit... if you play well more snowflakes just report you, then you get banned... so whats the point

I think the shadowban checker is even broken. I'm on console. Never cheated. However every match i get is full of cheaters. I can't even load into a public large map. Forced to play ranked. Can't play area 99. Forced to play rebirth and it's plagued with cheaters. I put a support ticket in and they closed it without resolving the issue.

dumbest thing ever 18 years of supporting this game and you can get shadow banned because some snowflake thinks they are better than they are and accuses you of hacking because their participation trophy ass cant keep up and the only logical explanation is you have to be cheating to beat them and now you get a unknown amount of time where you and any group you play with can only play with other shadow panned players after waiting 20 mins to find a lobby. ridiculous there needs to be some form of repercussions on false reports at this point.

Im on my 3rd time now getting shadowbanned. Payed for the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game and for no reason banned constantly. Absolute disgrace of a company... taking your money and without ever cheating or whatsoever banning legit players from the game.
