How to check if you are Shadow Banned.

You probably witnessed it the last weeks, suddenly getting disconnected or cannot find any lobby.
This is most likely because you are shadowbanned. It happened to me for the second time in a week.
If you suspect being shadow banned

-go to: https://support.activision.com/ban-appeal
-Login with the platform you are playing from
-Continue
-*pop up* "Agree and continue"

There it would state if
- "No ban detected"
- "Under review"
- "Permanent banned"

When it says "Under review" you are shadowbanned and i guess you check it daily to see when you can play normal again.

I bought this game like yesterday and I havent been able to get into even 1 game and i tried for hours and i check and it says under review... like how am i shadowbanned WITHOUT playing the game so crappy

Hello, I checked Activision and there is no ShadowBan for me, but I still can't get into the lobby. In multiplayer I get into one or two maps but that's it. I like playing zombie mode and I can't get into it anymore. I do not know why?!

When searching the lobby I have a ping of 200ms!

I'm not entirely sure we know that the 200 ping thing is literally the shadow ban thing. In other words, people tend to check the ban status if they get the 200ms lobbies and they see they are under review. It's entirely possible if all of us checked, many might show up as "under review" and have no pending review.

I looked at the Activision website today... I'm definitely not banned from it
