Shadow Banned... No Ban detected... 5 seconds in a game... Account under review

So 2 days ago I hoped on and every time i shot someone, i got disconnected from the server. This happened every single game. I checked the ban appeal site and it said i was under review. Naturally I was pissed off coz it was such ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Today I checked and saw that they review had been done and "No ban detected"!!!! LETS GOOOOOO!!!!
To celebrate this new found COD freedom i thought i would hop on a game of shipment and hop back on that camo grind like many of us put our mental health through. After not 5 seconds in the game, i shot an enemy and got disconnected much like 2 days ago. I refreshed my ban appeal page and now i have a new ticket!!! I didn't even get a kill?!

Why the ♥♥♥♥ would a hacker lie on a public forum just to say to people “Hey guys I got banned and I pwomise I didn’t do it”. Literally never seen that happen ever. I just checked the https://support.activision.com/ban-appeal page and I have a "NO BAN DETECTED" for the second time now. I am going turn off basically everything non essential and play a game and ill let you know what happens

You don't get banned for using Razer Synapse thats bs. It does not even mess with the Game Files... I used it aswell and some of my friends no one got any problems

Its for good extended Macro Use so its Okay to Ban this ngl.

The Thing is we are in an Time where Hardware Creators also makes it easier to Cheat Unfair.
And im pretty sure that only the Programm doesnt Bann you but some Sus Macro Actions will doo this.
PPL think they are not detectable , they are just Clowns if its Implemented in the Engine to detect it, you are FK , and i alrdy was knowing that soo much PPL abuse Macros in so much Games.

I think you don't exactly understand the principle of "ban appeal", it's not to know if you're banned but to appeal, that is to say to contest if you're banned.
So every time you click on it after they tell you you're not banned then it reopens a case for them to look into why.

I was able to discuss at length with activision last night, I sent all the youtube videos found on the subject explaining that it happened after the update of 12/22/22. she replied that she was sending the information back and that she promised to come back to me as soon as possible to tell me if a correction would take place and that in the meantime we had to wait.

This is all over Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, Tictok. Disconnected from server with zero errors. Known problem broken servers yet they do nothing to fix it. I as well have the same problem sat in game with shield did nothing for one minutes soon as I bashed someone I was Disconnected from server and Shadow Banned Dec 23 again after being cleared Dec 27 with green check mark went into game fired shot at the enemy got Disconnected from server with in 3 seconds and Shadow Banned again. So now I was told by others to hit them with a charge back getting my money back being they don't care to fix broken game. Activation needs to be held accountable for shadow banning wrongful players.

Well I go on to the https://support.activision.com/ban-appeal it says "UNDER REVIEW" but after a couple days if i look it will say "NO BAN DETECTED" and even if i refresh and re enter that page through the other prompts it will still say that like it has previously. It still says im not eligible for an appeal but it also says im under review.
