If you use DLSS and your games is blurry or has graining effect, turn off Depth of Field
I had issues with graining effect while aiming, the scope does have a lot of grain, when turning off depth of field this problem is solved.

here's a video of the differences at my end. hope this will works for you too.

I believe it's because the DLSS makes the game render at a lower resolution and, through AI, sharpens the image making it look like a higher resolution. And when you create a blur effect, which is what Depth of Field does, when it comes to sharpening the AI will try to sharpen the blur effect, and since there isn't much material for the AI to improve the image per it's blurred, this effect happens.

use NIS it looks better, i have big issues with DLSS being blurry.
another user here said use NIS as it looked better, i was like no way surely not.
and yuup it does
Why nobody talks about DLAA, it's way more intelligent and better looking than DLSS. SS call Super Sampling, by nature it uses low resolution images to output sharpened motion picture. AA is called Anti Aliasing, it uses native resolution images to output sharpened motion picture. The DLSS output in COD has nothing to do with depth of field. Even if you turn off DOF, the far-away picture look still grainy.
