Hueneme Concord - I need help from the real tech support (you!)

Legit bro, no matter what game it is: I can't connect to any of infinity ward game. I need help figuring out why I keep getting this issue, why I can't connect to the game (consistently), and maybe we can compile a list of things that actually work for people.

So what I've tried:
>Redownloading (lots of times)
>verifying integrity of game files (lots of times, always missing 18 [if warzone only] or 38 [entire game])
>unplugging modem and/or router
>firewall settings
>port forwarding
>closing background apps

What do they expect me to do: buy a fresh computer each time? Let's brainstorm people.

Edit and what fixed it for me:
So you guys aren't going to believe this ♥♥♥♥. I literally burned every option on the internet, and I was like "forget it, there's nothing I could possibly do at this point, especially with no mobile hotspot to test the isp bs"

So I looked to see if my wifi adapter was picking up any neighbor's wifi, could try connecting to them. That's when I saw a button, a button so dumb it was practically mocking me...

In the task bar menu for your internet connectivity, there is a button that says 'hotspot.' I clicked on it, converted my computer into, allegedly, a hotspot. I say allegedly because I didn't see my computer listed in my phone's wifi list. I clicked on it and almost like magic, the game works.

TL;DR:
Turn on the hotspot button in your task bar network connection menu.

Can someone please explain why this worked when literally everything else failed?

first delete download cache in steam settings and delete players folder in documents folder then run the game if that didn't work then do the following
so how did i fix my issue crashing and errors,i uninstalled steam if your games and steam are in the windows drive or c drive like mine then first backup all yours game then uninstall steam and mw2 both even delete the players folder in documents folder thats it.
never do file integrity for this game only if you do errors will always be there and the game will always update for nothing and forcing to restart

Then again why am I now surprised this games does this. So many hidden ♥♥♥♥ that this game does without you knowing.

You mentioned you tried port forwarding. Try UPnP instead.

I can connect, for a long time I can play 2-3 hours without drops! Multiplayer does not drop, but warzone 2.0 continues to have hueneme error concord. When it gets close to dawn they stop considerably, but during the day it drops a lot. They say it has to do with my provider, but what does it really have to do with the provider? If I can play! This problem is on the game server!

I already released UPnP, I already closed UPnP, I already did port forwarding, today I'm using STATIC IP (which doesn't need to open ports), honestly I can only wait for the next update to see if something will be solved.

Check the edit on my post. I have no idea if this will work for you as well but I have had it succeed multiple times as a test. I can't connect while I have the so-called "hotspot" disabled, but when I enable it I can access the game.
