High Latency, Packet Loss, and GPU Temp Too High Icons

I always have these icons appear while playing.

The GPU temp one kicks on once the Tjunc is over 85 degrees. I have a 5700xt with a max Tjunc of 110, so that is of little concern. Plus the games reading is always a couple of degrees above what the Radeon software says.

The other two are what bug me. When I play depending on who I play with my ping will vary from about 35-75 ms depending on which servers I end up on. The latency from the telemetry readings are usually pretty consistent and is always about 20ms greater than what is shown on the score board. Lag spikes randomly occur, but I would consider them to be a rare occurrence maybe once in every 5-10 games I'll catch a noticeable spike. I do catch some pretty severe packet bursts, it seem like about 50% of the time the fennec will one shot me. Packet loss always seems to stay at 0%, but the Icon saying I have packet loss will always appear next to the minimap.

So I turned off the hardware notification Icons leaving the network notification icons on and the network Icons disappeared. So I'm guessing that the Packet loss and high latency will always come on with the GPU High Temp icon. Hoping that this is a glitch in my favor and not a glitch where I'm having network problems and the network icons will only show if the GPU icon shows and I am losing packets. I would normally give the benefit of the doubt, but this game is such a buggy mess who can tell if anything is right.
