You can report this game to Steam for being broken

On the store page, scroll down until you see a button with a flag on the right which says "Report this product" (see this screenshot[i.imgur.com]).

There, select "Broken" and optionally add an explanation then click "Report".
The game is not working for a lot of people, for some it crashes while playing and others cannot even start it. It's been like this since launch and the developers have done nothing to address it so far even though they had more than a month of time.

Probably won't get the developers to magically start working on the game again but it's worth a try.

The other obvious thing you can do is leave a negative review.
