Searching for a match BUG
Hello ,

Since 5 december i have a problem with finding matches .

If i try to play DMZ or Battle Royale it stays in "Searching for a match...." and never finds one.

I tried to reinstall the game , restarted the router , set dns / alternate DNS , tried to release and renew IP .

Verified the integrity of games files ..

Nothing of this is working .

Until 5 december i had no problems with the game , always had been working .

Anyone encountered this issue ? How u solved it ?

I think it's a bug from the last update ...

good question "for whaat", i don't know cheating maybe or atleast being investigated for cheating, probably you where a tad to good and people reported you to much. i hear they keep all the peeps under investigation in the same match, many stop playing in that time, that's why they have to wait long to get a match. anyways not saying its so, i just asked.

I have tried too with battle net with different regions and its the same thing. I checked if I was shadowbanned but my account is OK, I dissabled my firewall and antivirus, also I enabled DMZ and UPnP on my router... I dont know what else I can do to fix this

Double check your account at this link:

https://support.activision.com/ban-appeal

If it says that your account is "under review" then you are currently shadowbanned and will have difficulty finding games until it clears (which generally takes around a week or so). You will only ever be put in lobbies with other shadow banned people. Unfortunately, all it takes is a few reports if people think you were playing suspiciously, once your account gets reported enough you end up in the shadow realm. Nothing to do but wait it out.

However, if you check there and it says "NO BAN DETECTED" then there's either a network problem preventing you from connecting, or perhaps a file corruption on your system that needs fixing with the game install. Hope this helps.

Could you guys tell on what type of NAT are you playing? I ended up calling my ISP to clear the NAT restrictions to see if it solves the problem. I will update when its done
