New at the game. How do I start the tutorial and practise?

Play the singleplayer campaign if you want an introduction to the game. There is no other tutorial.

guessing you never played a shooter before? because cod bf and all other shooters play exactly the same but with slightly different mechanics that makes them stand out.

singleplayer is the way to learn the game, but multiplayer is how you get good, fighting human players improves your skill.
