1920x1080 vs 2560 x 1440 which monitor better? Radeon RX 6900xt
On what monitor would you choose to play? I have good GPU and I think about buying ultra wide monitor for FPS games.

neither of those resolutions are ultra wide

I love ultrawide for all games. 21:9 is for me the best aspect ratio. Gives a nice balance of immersion and extra field of view without getting ridiculous like the 32:9 monitors. I would strongly recommend a monitor with a resolution of 3440x1440 as this will make the desktop experience much better.

With that card you might want to go 4k. I have 5700 XT and 2k, the second resolution you mentioned works very well for me, at least it did during the beta without any major glitches. I am thinking about picking the game up myself.

1920x1080 and 2560x1440 are both 16:9 ratio. One is HD and the other is 2K. Ultrawide is commonly 2560x1080 or 3440x1440 with a 21:9 ratio.

If you have a good GPU then 3440x1440 2K is ideal but you may have to make some in-game adjustments to get the best overall performance.

That has a curved screen and is only 100hz. If that's what you're specifically after then it's worth a shout but a flat one preferably with 144hz would be more ideal.

I bought a XG27UQR and the colors are crazy pretty, New World doesn't even look like the same game at all.

Well for a COD game that hasn’t changed since 2004. You don’t even need a 6900XT. Game would probably run fine on a 970. Anyways, go for 1440p or 4k.

Get my monitor $1500 you can go to the control panel and unlock super resolutions up to 8k it on my profile.. its the best monitor i ever got
