You need a Contract Simcard #refund

It's disgusting that blizzard requires you to have a Sim card that isn't prepaid just to play COD MW2. Might as well refund as am a prepaid user, i get it is to discourage cheaters but forcing people to sign a contract their sim cards is scummy asf.

You can use prepaid contract numbers as long as they are not VOIP numbers.

We played the Beta, it didn't require it and even the developer said it doesn't...

It'll be running off Activision's systems, not Blizzard's.
Your Activision accounts sole existence is just to have something they can connect cross progression to across launchers and other platforms, it's not tied to its own launcher.

This is not the Overwatch 2 forums. Why are you talking about Blizzard and Battlenet in a Steam forum for a game that does not need Battlenet or Blizzard?

They stated they are implementing it into COD MW2. Am buying this game off steam surely i have a right to be concerned. Have you not read any articles or anything to back up your statement. Buyers have a right to be concerned before buying a product.

Overwatch 2 is NOT on Steam, which is why it DOES require Battle.net .

MWII here ON Steam does NOT require Battle.net .
