Crash when loading into multiplayer map HELP!!!

Every time I try and play multiplayer (death match, ground war, etc...) my game crashes and give me the following code. 0x00001338 (6036) N

if you r problem is that you can play warzone, DMZ and camping but not MP add me on discord I found the solution for that error Q_Rezo#2487

Yes but I have tried changing to the default skins same issue happens

i have fixed this proble, if u have bought the game after playing warzone you need to go to steam support, click on modern warfare 2 and choose to eliminate the game from your library, then appear 2 option to remove and need to choose warzone 2. then after done this unistall the game and reinstall. Now should be ok.
