Caserma Rhino False ban.

I have 65 hour playtime and i was max level. I was on a work trip and excited for the new season to grind for some new stuff. I got home and started the game up and saw the Caserma Rhino message.
I bought the Vault edition and would never pay 100€ and be stupid enough to cheat.

Hopefully there will be some kind of fix or rollback..

Ignore the trolls on steam. Don't bother with Activision support, they have no authority to do anything in the company.

Go here and email these accounts and fully explain the situation. I was unbanned after almost 30 days (Originally banned during campaign pre-release) after emailing their privacy and legal affairs emails. So clearly they are aware of the situation and need a kick up the behind to actually do something about it.

Também fui banido sem uma causa aparente pc novo montei apenas para jogar e mesmo assim fui banido tentei apelar e nada criei 4 contas e todas foram banidas em 24h o problema que não oferecem suporte. Será triste um jogo promissor cair por falta de capacidade de julgamento dos "ANALISTAS".

I was also banned without an apparent cause I built a new pc just to play and even so I was banned I tried to appeal and nothing I created 4 accounts and they were all banned in 24h the problem they do not support. If you're in the EU send them a GDPR request for all information related to the ban, when they refuse report them to your countries data protection agency, which will forward the case to the EU agency which will then investigate and issue fines for non-compliance with EU law. easy.

Activision itself is completly unreachable by any means, you will allways be redirected to their "support" people, which is an external callcenter that can't even contact anyone at activision.

I dont understand you ''banned people''. What is the point to write in steam forum that you are banned? Thats not gonna solve your issue or take ban away. Contact Activision customer support and hopefully they gonna resolve your case.

Once you are finger printed and banned there is no recourse...
You were finger printed, there is no mistake.

You were caught running programmes that DID modify your game files either in memory or on your storage device.

You cant say you didn't do it or it was a mistake that the anti-cheat made, it flagged a program on my PC in error.
Finger prints do not change.

Face it you got caught cheating and now you want to try anything you can to try and let people know you wasn't and maybe create some kind of reasonable doubt.

Oh but it seen it in other threads in these forums it must be true.... Bahahahahaha.

People do but all they get back is a pre done message saying they have the proof and will not show you it and that the judgement is final. No actual human touches or reviews anything, good luck getting anywhere.

Of course they will not show you.... you will go tell all your cheater friends how they busted you and find away to fix the fingerprint the cheats leave behind to avoid detection.

Oi ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ look into the topic on the web instead of assuming everyone banned is cheating.. activision detects external programs such as fps boosters as cheats... and some USB stuff too
