Warzone won't use CPU and GPU

Hi, the game is totally unplayable for me, my FPS are from 1 to 30, but mostly around 1 - 5. It happens in the menu too, it's so bad that I can't even click on settings or anything. I checked the usage and it's really low, for GPU it's around 10-20%, for CPU it's 10-50%. The game just doesn't use the GPU and CPU and I don't know why. VRAM and RAM are being used. I spent many hours on fixing it, I tried everything I found, rollbacking drivers, editing files and many other fixes. Nothing helped. It can't be problem on my side, because I have a good PC.

PC specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER
16 GB RAM

In nVidia control panel go change the power options from optimal to prefer maximum performance

Guys, I found the solution. It worked for me. In Windows power management, select performance mode, also in nvidia control panel select prefer maximum performance.

that method is for IF your bios won't start, :/ due to recently saved settings, clearing the CMOS,

When it comes to cpu amd is way better than Intel + Nvidia dropped the ball with the 4xxx Series and AMD will come out as the winner of this generation of GPUS

I have no issues with my AMD rig either. Not sure why some guy is starting this nonsense that is not related to the thread. OP it seems IW and Activison have some work cut out to optimize the game. I doubt there is anything you can do on your end to fix it as it's the game not your system. way to many threads on this topic.

What are you talking about? I have an Nvidia and it works like trash too. Stop acting like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and don't try to argue on topics that you have no idea. I have been using an Nvidia card for 2.5 years now, and I can tell you that Nvidia is the biggest scammer I have ever seen. None of their technologies work properly on any game. Ray tracing kills the performance, makes most of the games unplayable, and in most games DLSS works like ♥♥♥♥.

And depending on what are you saying that AMD's software is trash? I've been using an AMD R9 380, in my older PC, and I was having less problems with that card. I only needed to downgrade my GPU driver for only once within 5 years of usage period. But with an Nvidia, with every new game comes out, I need to solve optimisation issues because of their trash technologies.

That trash AMD alternative DLSS gives better performance on my RTX 2070 SUPER for Warzone 2.0, and you are blaming my Ryzen CPU which is strong enough to make a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ optimised game run properly. It is very surprising that there are still people like you left. Yes it was true that AMD were manufacturing 2nd grade product back then, but we are not living in 2014 anymore, so grow up. Now thanks to AMD you are not paying tons of money for computer components. They are beating up these scammer monopoly companies so they actually do something to get better. You don't even have anything to support your argument, all you do is talk ♥♥♥♥.

As a person who used both AMD and Nvidia GPUs, I can tell you that there is no difference in having issues with driver software. Only difference is that you will pay more money for some broken Nvidia technologies.
