Missing CoD Points

So I bought the Vault Edition Upgrade and received the battle pass, operators, etc. But I didn't get the CoD Points and also haven't received CoD Points for any of the promotion codes I've put in for stuff like Mtn Dew. Is this a wide spread thing or should I contact support for it?

same problem, I just bought Cod Points last 17, got deducted from my Steam wallet but it never arrived on my account.
