Slow map loading times (After update)

It was super fast before season 1 update. It was taking less than 5 sec to see loadout screen. Most of time I was watching other players landing from chopper on the match start. Now I always missing the first objectives. I bought an SSD for MWII.
I've tried restarting shaders optimization a few times. Helping for only 1 match. After that match map loading times being ridiculously slow again. I wonder if anyone having the same issue.
I am also getting this error message sometimes;
"#x42359157bca87584e - Timed out"

Hi, after the Season 1 reloaded update, have you managed to fix the issue?

Hi, not really. Still freezing on loading. But I believe that freeze time reduced bit.

Can I ask what kind of CPU and SSD are you using?

I actually bought an SSD for COD. It's Kingston A400. Cpu is Intel i7 6700. But I don't think it's about me. I have no problem when I am in a match. Everything works fine. Loading times was super fast before the S1 update. Lots of players having same problem tho. Maybe it's about Windows.

I was thinking that maybe the CPU is bottlenecking the game, since my setup and my friends is almost identical, but he has a generation leap in CPU (R5 2600xR5 3600) and even has the game installed on an 7200rpm HDD. Yet he always loads in the game faster than me.

*UPDATE*
With S3 update match loading times is fast again and I am not dealing with frozen screens/lost connection issue anymore. I hope the problem fixed for everyone guys. Cheers.

Yup, can confirm. Finally after 5 months the game is actually playable.
