Found a FIX for the crash at launch.
Go to Display-Graphics-Default graphics settings and turn on Hardware accelerated GPU scheduling and optimizations for windowed games.

I was having trouble with launching the game, it always crashed after a few seconds but now it works. Good luck!

I posted this earlier this is in reference to crashing and also if you set your COD.exe to admin rights then it won't launch at all. I also found that removing my players folder out of the call of duty folder in documents and then launching fix the launch issue. Then just go back and put your players folder back so you can save your in game settings

I believe I have a temp fix. Lock your FPS in game to about 10 FPS under what the in game benchmark shows. No crashes since doing this. Also I have disabled PBO and am now using ALL CORE OC on CPU, not sure if this helps but so far so good.

AMD 5950x @ 4.6
RTX 3090 Strix OC @ 2040 core clock
64GB RAM
Windows 11 (I know right, but the 1 percent lows are proving to be better in Win 11)

I've also tried the run COD.exe as admin, turning off parallex in game, turning off in game text chat, and none seemed to work.

If you're using Windows 11, go to Settings > Display > Graphics > Default graphics settings.

Believe I tried this and it didn’t work, however, I tried loading the game on a alternate account and the game loads fine. Just won’t load on my original activision account

My game working fine without both MPO (disabled after instlling win11, reason: additional gpu usage for DWM) and HAGS (after installing latest drivers. reason: 100% GPU usage for DWM).

Cloudflare Warp can cause crash with no error.

i don't really know how to explain im french so my setting are in french
but if you manage to find your display setting then got graphique setting i think and then it should be there

Right click Desktop>Display settings> scroll down and select Graphic settings> Browse to install location and add the game and launcher
