Unable to launch the game.

When i launch the game i am unable to play. The game lights up green and acts like its going to launch then it just stops. I dont get a crash error or anything. ive turned off all firewalls. reinstalled about 6 times. installed on steam. installed on blizzard. the blizzard lets me launch but once i click on warzone it crashes, again no error code. ive verified integrity multiple times as well.

Cannot launch

Did a re verify of the files and got the 38 files needed to be reacquired. Now it works fine.
I couldn't launch much earlier yesterday and did the same thing with the same 38 files needing to be reacquired. I wonder what these mysterious 38 are..

same issue, got 38 files failed to validate, updated the files but got the same exact issue when trying to validate the files

guys i fixed mine, i was not able to launch the game only when i want to play campaign, no issue with the multiplayer game, so i just restart the mission then everything works well

FINALLY GOT IT TO WORK!
@dav mentioned a full reinstall of windows, so out of desperation that’s what I did. Nb: I have a multiple hard drive setup, so the c drive did not have anything in it, just software. So a full reinstall wasn’t that taxing on my part. So if you have 1hdd sort you important stuff out first.

Now @dav did not share his steps hence I can’t compare notes so here is what I did.

1. Formatted my Sdd and converted it to Mbr ( YouTube if you don’t know how, but by default it should be on mbr already unless you changed it like I did)
2. Install windows and wait for it to finish
3. Go to windows update and let it update everything, including graphics driver.

4. I re downloaded the game on battle-net this time.

5. If you get an error Mfplat.full not found, search in the windows tab for add optional features

6. Click add feature and search for media feature pack, let it install and restart pc.

7. Play the game, and it should work


Nb: just got it working so I am going to play.

Any questions ask and I shall answer

Activision should pay us for finding fixes for them.

Somehow i doubt they are going to fix this. on my side it seems like an issue with avx and avx2 support. my cpu doesnt support the transmission type and i doubt they will make support for ssse4.8

Same, mine crashes on the activision screen. Re-installed, same issue

Looks like Activision/Infiinity Ward cares more about adding propaganda flags than having the game work xD
