Zoom out of mini map?

I always have scroll wheel down to jump but when i open the mini map i can zoom in but it wont let me zoom out at all. i checked all the keybinds and have no idea where i can change this, super annoying!

they don't mean the perk - its a bug, which I am also experiencing after rebinding my mouse wheel, where when you zoom in on the world map in Warzone, you're stuck however far you zoomed in. When this happens to me, the rest of the map still functions (can be dragged around, pinged, etc

Have had that issue for awhile now. I was able to trigger it to work once by clicking on something out of the map. It then zoomed out a few times. Just can't remember what I did.
