Still running driver 522.25 and had no issues getting 150-160FPS.

Interestingly, will they also justify 50 fps on the RTX 4090 in Gotham Nights? MW2 and Warzone 2.0 have the worst optimization, while Warzone 1.0 on release was played at 150-200 fps on ultra settings (now I have 85-100 fps in Warzone 2.0 on minimum settings)

Have you tried Nvidia DLSS only downside is it makes the game less sharp even with the sharping at 100, but that might just be personal preference. I get around 120 frames with that enabled. Also what's your in game resolution?
