Getting average 80 FPS on RTX 3080, 16gb RAM Ryzen 5 3600
No vertical sync or FPS lock enabled in any platform whatsoever (nvidia control panel, MSI Afterburner, Rivatunner, in-game) i play on 1440p, so even if the CPU bottlenecks the 3080 normally, the load is way heavier on the GPU in this game, and even then the FPS is lower than it should be. It is playable? Sure, but it is still lower than it should be.

Changing settings from min to max doesn't change a single thing for me, only the graphics, performance still the same. Even changing DLSS to ultra performance or setting any other upscaling method doesn't change anything beyond the graphics.

Nvidia driver 526.98

Is this a known issue? Is there any workaround?

I think this game just runs like ♥♥♥♥ dude. I can't get over 100fps on a 2060 with everything set to the lowest settings and ultra performance DLSS

Poor CPU in your case seems to be the problem.

maybe the new driver messed it up then? no way im downgrading the driver just to get acceptable frames in this game, thank you for the answer!
Compare what I have set up for my graphics to yours and see if anything stands out.

it might be poor but the game not passing over 80 fps is a complete joke, even on full minimum settings. i play red dead 2 and cyberpunk on ultra with higher frames, there is gotta be something wrong with the game, my cpu being poor or not.

Forget it, these are witnesses of bad specs)

Interestingly, will they also justify 50 fps on the RTX 4090 in Gotham Nights? MW2 and Warzone 2.0 have the worst optimization, while Warzone 1.0 on release was played at 150-200 fps on ultra settings (now I have 85-100 fps in Warzone 2.0 on minimum settings)

No vertical sync or frame lock (60-70-80s fps for me, 2060 ryzen 7 3800xt, 32gb ram
Nvidia driver 526.86.

Have you tried Nvidia DLSS only downside is it makes the game less sharp even with the sharping at 100, but that might just be personal preference. I get around 120 frames with that enabled. Also what's your in game resolution?

Yeah there is no way this guy thinks 80 FPS average on a 3080 and R5 3600 is something normal, this gotta be one of the blind fanboys...

At least your not constantly freezing mid game

yeah i tried enabling it, but the fps doesn't change at all, it's like theres some kind of lock or something idk, it won't pass 80
Merc Nov 16, 2022 @ 2:37pm
Forgot to mention I'm on 1920x1080p.
Shepard Nov 16, 2022 @ 2:38pm
Changing settings from extreme to minimun doesn't change the FPS, it peaks at 80 and averages near it with both settings. DLSS doesn't change a thing either, just makes the game blurry
