Forced name change - error no tokens available

Only option is to quit to desktop. What is this crap? It says my account name is anon with a bunch of numbers at the end. When I go to use a new name, it tells me I have no tokens available to rename. What is this crap?

I fixed it. I had to go into the web browser and load up the Activision login page then resend the verify account codes. Now I'm able to login and change my name.

i just had the problem when the game forced me to change my nickname, the solution was i did it from Activision website and from personal info

Guys , I have the same problem as everybody .

In my case though, the reason I'm left out of tokens is that the system states that my display name is inappropriate.

I have been using the same account , for the same game on ps4 and ps5 for the last 5 years , since it came out.

Now I've built a pc and this ♥♥♥♥ was on sale so I got it on steam too , with my account from ps linked.

When I tried to log in , it wouldn't allow me , since it states that I have inappropriate username and even though I changed it a few times , it remained with the same response until it blocked the access due to not have any tokens left.

I've tried to contact support two times , explaining that even they do grand me tokens , the systems keeps on reading my display name as inapproptiate , no matter what I use .

This is just unacceptable.

It's like they try with all their power for us to not play.

Do you have any fixes for this?

I even thought to buy it again with a different mail but I already paid 60 euros back in 2019 on ps4 and now 26 euros on pc.

I just feel like this is a cash grab if I buy it again , even though this is not my problem at all.

Im having the same exact ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ problem, bought CoD MW (2019) on sale, and when I try to report the issue to the billion $ cash grab company, I get automated responses from bots
