The issue is you using an LTSC, most games will not officially support enterprise versions, if they work they work, but LTSC is sometimes missing needed components and that's part of the design of what the LTSC is, and that's not the games fault.
You're using an intentionally stripped down corporate version of windows that isn't designed to support games, this is entirely a you problem.
It also doesn't get feature updates, some of which are needed for certain games.
It's the 'best' version if you're a very specific corporate user with a limited range of needs.

Considering the mostly very old low end games you play it's not surprising that they will run without many issues.
