THE TERRIBLE STATE OF COD's EU SERVERS

It is absurd the situation of Eastern European game servers or rather the matchmaking that is obviously broken thanks to the fantastic SBMM...

It can not be about my connection which is from 1gb DOWN 500 UP and 15/20 ms and with which I have never had problems, nat open, all open!

All this is also the cause of the negative experience of many players but who do not realize that it is the first of the problems not yet addressed.
At the moment there are only servers in the west of Europe, the closest to the east is Frankfurt ( 25-28 ms ).

In my case it happens that the server search starts with <25-28ms and then passes ALWAYS SINCE THE RELEASE THE MULTIPLAYER VERSION , ALWAYS in the most external servers like SPAIN ( 76 ms) FRANCE ( 68ms ) AMSTERDAM ( 72 ms) and LONDON ( 81ms ).
This is obviously impossible as if there were no matches inside the Frankfurt server, absurd.

The games you play are obviously limited by the net and the experience can only be negative.
This type of problem has ALWAYS affected Europe and the disparity that manufacturers of high-sea games never take into account, in America they do not know these problems, they play to the maximum with the other coast that creates a latency is no more than 30ms.

A very simple solution is the choice of the server at the beginning of the game , see Apex and others , where you personally select the game server, so even if I wait 2 minutes to enter the game at least EQUAL game of all.

At this point I contacted the support given ALSO the lack of content that I PAID BEFORE the purchase and that were present in the sales contract I signed with the dealer, first of all the feature "CROSSPLAY" removed exactly on 26/10/2022 with the update of Day one for console only obviously, price of the game paid on PC like them, yet... ( last time I pay whole a game on PC, from now on only pirated and games on offer ).

The assistance excuses itself from the situation by saying that it is not the fault of the "Activision support client" and continue for days to pretend nothing, BOUNCING the ticket with other supporters who every day start a new discussion ; "Hi I’m your new supporter I saw that you have another ticket.... " and so for days and days creating a useless LOOP despite the screenshoots of previous conversations I send each time...

Game stopped for days impossible to play and I can not take advantage of my purchase 69,99€, always waiting for the fourth supporter to answer me....

It's SBHR, nothing to do with sbmm. Nothing you do with connection will help that. Unless you streaming. that helps it.

I played hardpoint so much. I got killed by one 6 times, i always shot first die first. He was first in their team. Next match he was again in same match. I shot him first - he died first. I killed him 8 times. Nothing to do with sbmm. Game just made me kill him now.

Activision only had one pinned thread where they allowed comments, and they removed it because it had over 500 comments saying fix the game.

yeah it's not new they don't want to fix the game for pc like on the trello page there is almost nothing about pc and absolutly nothing about the probleme that the pc comunautie is complaining for
