Nobody plugs their headsets in to be social or tactical in a lobby full of randoms that they will never see again 10 minutes from now. I am one of those randoms. I have exclusively solo queued and I realistically see it being that way for the majority of my time with this game.
The other reason I should probably hit 'mute all' is so that it will also silence the other teams members during that brief post-game moment.
I think the only reason I do it the way I do is on the off-chance that I actually do hear someone that I want to hear. If someone with a microphone has an idea and are nice about it, I would usually be happy to go along with it.
