Insults in a disabled voice chat

I received a warning for insulting in a voice chat, despite the fact that voice chat has been disabled for me since the release of the game.

Why do such warnings come at all and how, if they continue, to avoid being banned?

People Blocking you so they are not put together with you in a lobby/matchmaking ever again.

You can only Block someone if you ALSO report the person for something from a list of reasons that is listed to them.

I think they just wanted to block you and that's the option some of the people chosen.
And the automated warning system warned you because all the "reports" you got.

You won't be banned don't worry about it.
